Assalamualaikum w.b.t
Cuti CNY yg lepas, sy buat snickers cheese cake kat kg. Buat kali pertama, habis. So, sbb anak² saudara sukakan cheese cake, buat lagi. Kali pertama buat, ikut resipi, letak kacang atas kek. Tp kali ke-2 buat, adik² sy tak suka letak kacang atas kek, so omit the kacang. So, here's the recipe yg dikongsikan di RNet.
Snickers Cheesecake
Sumber:- Sherina
Crust
* 150 gm Digestive biscuits, dihancurkan
* 70 gm Butter, dicairkan
Cheesecake Filling
* 500 gm cream cheese
* 1/4 cup castor sugar
* 2 (A) eggs
* 1tsp vanilla essence
* 3 snickers bar ( 1 batang dipotong 4 bahagian. kemudian dipotong kecik2)
Topping
Choc Ganache
* 150 gm whip cream
* 200 gm Dark Choc
* 100 gm peanuts, roasted, chopped
Caramel Sauce
* 1/2 cup brown sugar
* 1 cup whip cream (saya guna emborg. Brand lain ada guna tapi dia jadi cair sgt)
* 1 tbsp butter
Cara-cara
1. Prepare crust. Chill in fridge
2. Beat cream cheese and sugar
3. Add eggs and vanilla essence
4. Spoon enough cheesecake batter to cover the crust.
5. Place cut up snickers into cheesecake batter. Press it down to avoid air bubbles.
5. Spoon the rest of the cheesecake batter on top and bake150 C for 20-25 mins
6. Once cool place in fridge until ready to use
7. Prepare choc ganache. Double boil whip cream and dark choc until thicken
8. Prepare caramel sauce. Place brown sugar, whip cream and cook until thicken. Stir in butter. Let cool.
9. Remove cheesecake from fridge and let it come down to room temperature.
10. Spoon choc ganache and sprinkle with chopped peanuts
11. Then spoon caramel sauce on top.
Nota Kaki Sherina: Kek ni pesyen tak boleh simpan lama2 dlm fridge selepas di letak topping nye sbb peanuts akan lemau....siap kena mkn terusss...hehehhe. Mungkin ada sesapa yg ada petua utk kasi itu kacang maintain ranggup.....

Telur Bistik

Assalamualaikum w.b.t
Telur bistik ni dh buat lama dh. Tp di'peram' gambarnya gara² dok suka baca blog org dr dok update fp/blog sendiri. So, ni nk share resepi Telur Bistik. Resipi main campak² ikut citarasa sendiri ye.
Telur Bistik
Bahan²:-
1 biji telur
isi ayam / daging cincang
3 ulas bawang putih
2 ulas bawang merah
1 biji bawang besar
Capsicum
Kiub nanas (sy guna yg dlm tin)
sedikit cili blend (dlm 1/2 sudu besar)
1/4 cwn chicken stock (sy guna yg home made, mmg buat & simpan dlm freezer)
sedikit sos tiram & sos cili (ikut cita rasa)
garam, gula, lada sulah, secukup rasa
tepung jagung - 1 sudu kecil (utk pekatkan kuah)
Salad (utk hiasan)
Caranya:-
Utk Telur:-
1 ulas bawang besar di racik halus, tumis kan & kemudian masukkan daging cincang atau isi ayam yg dipotong dadu. Setelah isi ayam sudah masak, masukkan telur yg telah di pukul bersama garam & lada sulah. Goreng mcm telur dadar & isi ayam di dlm telur tersebut. Kemudian angkat.
Utk kuahnya:-
Tumis bawang putih & merah yg tlh di tumbuk, kemudian masukkan cili blend. Tumis hingga masak, masukkan sedikit sos tiram & sos cili, kemudian chicken stock. Masukkan bawang besar yg dipotong, capsicum & nanas kiub. Masukkan garam & gula secukup rasa. Kemudian masukkan tepung jagung yg dibancuh sedikit dgn air. Kacau hingga likat (pekat), kemudian angkat & sedia utk dituang ke atas telur yg siap di goreng.

Roast Chicken with lemon and rosemary & Spaghetti Olio

Assalamualaikum w.b.t
Hari Rabu yang lepas, sy 'berjaya' merajinkan diri untuk mencuba resipi pokcik Jamie Oliver ni. Alhamdulillah, tidak mengecewakan & sy sgt suka akan rasa potato nya!
Sy kononnya tgh berdiet. So nak makan dinner yg tak byk karbohidrat & yg tak menggunakan minyak masak yg banyak.
Since adik sy cakap dia nak dtg, so sy goreng la spaghetti olio jg.
Resipi utk Roast Chicken with lemon and rosemarry tu sy ambik kat sini.
• 1 x 2kg/4½lb free-range organic chicken
• sea salt and freshly ground black pepper
• 2kg/4½lb potatoes, peeled
• 1 large, preferably unwaxed, lemon
• 1 whole bulb of garlic, broken into cloves
• a handful of fresh thyme (omit this)
• olive oil
• a handful of fresh rosemary sprigs, leaves picked
• optional: 8 rashers of smoked streaky bacon (omit this)
Method:-
Rub the chicken inside and out with a generous amount of salt and freshly ground black pepper. Do this in the morning if possible, then cover the chicken and leave in the fridge until you're ready to start cooking it for lunch or dinner. By doing this, you'll make the meat really tasty when cooked. Preheat your oven to 190°C/375°F/gas 5. Bring a large pan of salted water to the boil. Cut the potatoes into golf-ball-sized pieces, put them into the water with the whole lemon and the garlic cloves, and cook for 12 minutes. Drain and allow to steam dry for 1 minute (this will give you crispier potatoes), then remove the lemon and garlic. Toss the potatoes in the pan while still hot so their outsides get chuffed up and fluffy - this will make them lovely and crispy when they roast.
While the lemon is still hot, carefully stab it about 10 times. Take the chicken out of the fridge, pat it with kitchen paper and rub it all over with olive oil. Push the garlic cloves, the whole lemon and the thyme into the cavity, then put the chicken into a roasting tray and cook in the preheated oven for around 45 minutes. Remove the chicken to a plate. Some lovely fat should have cooked out of it into the roasting tray, so toss the potatoes into this with the rosemary leaves. Shake the tray around, then make a gap in the centre of the potatoes and put the chicken back in. If using the bacon, lay the rashers over the chicken breast and cook for a further 45 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked and the potatoes are nice and golden. (You can tell the chicken is cooked when the thigh meat pulls easily away from the bone and the juices run clear.)
Untuk resipi Spaghetti Olio, sy main hentam version sy je.
Bahan:-
Spaghetti (rebus & toskan)
Bawang putih
Lada hitam
Chicken stock (home made) - 1/2 cwn
Isi Ayam
Hot dog (optional - sbb dh ada, main taruk je..)
Capsicum
Tumbuk bawang putih & lada hitam. Tumis.
Masukkan isi ayam yg dh dipotong dadu & hot dog sbg rencah
Masukkan chicken stock. Biar mendidih.
masukkan spaghetti, kacau² & akhir sekalu masukkan capsicum.

Bebola Roti Goreng

Salam,
Resipi ni sy cuba masa bulan puasa.
Ringkas, mudah & sedap! (tp yg paling best sbb ringkas & mudah je..hehehe)
Ni pon gara² blog hopping jugak. Teringin sgt, dok bisik dlm hati "mcm mana la rasa benda alah ni.."
So, apa lg, En.Google la byk berjasa (hehehe). Memandangkan blog yg sy hinggap tu xde pulak di sertakan resipi.
Sy copy resipi dr sini. Thanks kepada yg berkongsi-kongsi resipi. Mudah-mudahan rezeki melimpah ruah. Sama² la kita yer.
Sy dh ubah sana sini mengikut kesesuaian bahan yg ada yer.
Resepi Bebola Roti Goreng ( sumber: dapur Ayu/sumber asal : lizahanum )
14 keping roti ( plain white bread)-POTONG menjadi kepingan kecil (sy tak guna sbyk ni. sy buat sikit je dulu. testing 1, 2, 3)
2 biji telur (saiz besar) (roti sikit, guna sebijik je la telur..hehehe)
3 batang cili merah (potong kecil²) (x guna, sbb masa buat ni xde la pulak stock cili merah)
1 biji bawang besar (dadu halus2) (sy guna half je)
sedikit daun sup/bawang (hiris)
2 sudu teh serbuk lada putih
garam secukup rasa
perasa ikan bilis -(Ayu used kiub ikan bilis dilenyek2 sikit) (saya tak letak)
6 ekor udang sederhana ( di potong kecil2 ) (sy guna minced chicken)
minyak utk menumis
Cara penyediaan
1. Masukkan roti ke dalam mangkuk yg besar. Kemudian masukkan telur, cili merah, bawang,perasa ikan bilis dan daun sup/bawang.
2. Gaul rata-rata. Akhir sekali, masukkan garam dan lada putih serbuk .
3. Gaul rata2 dan kepal2kan menjadi bebola. Buat bebola roti hingga habis. Gorenglah seperti anda menggoreng jemput-jemput biasa. Hidangkan bersama sos cili yg anda gemari.

Whoopie Pies

Salam,
Ni la padahnya bila ber'blog hopping';p
Tgk org buat/makan, terliur la jugak. Sy menjengah ke blog ini, dan ternampaklah oleh daku Whoopie Pie nye yg very tempting. Dia buat utk jual, takde resipi. So, apa lg, En.Google yg byk berjasa tu la yg menolong daku utk mendapatkan resipi whoopie pie tu.
Ada a few resipi yg sy belek & telek. Tp akhirnya sy memilih utk mengambil resipi dr sini.
Kalau ditelek resipinya, ada buttermilk kan? Mmg pernah beli buttermilk kat Cold Storage, tp sekotak yg tak sampai 1liter tu dlm RM9++. So, bila En.Google membantu lg, cari substitute utk buttermilk, so, katanya 1 cup of milk (I use fresh milk) + 1 tablespoon of lemon & biarkan selama 5 minit, pastu dh boleh guna sbg ganti buttermilk.
Utk filing pulak, ada guna marshmallow cream kan? So sy buat substitute jugak ambik resipi kat sini. Abih semua akak substitute..eheheh. Tp, sy lagi teruja outcome substitute marshmallow ni dr outcome Whoppie Pie. Ahahaha, bukan la bermakna Whoppie Pie ni tak sedap or tak jadi, tp ntah, rasa teruja lebih bila buat marshmallow cream ni. Kot kalau nak bagi jd mcm marshmallow yg kenyal2 tu, leh letak galetin.
Whoopie Pies
Ingredients:-
For cakes
2 cups all-purpose flour
1/2 cup Dutch-process cocoa powder
1 1/4 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup well-shaken buttermilk (substitute with 1 cup of fresh milk + 1 tablespoon lemon)
1 teaspoon vanilla
1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, softened
1 cup packed brown sugar
1 large egg
For filling
1 stick (1/2 cup) unsalted butter, softened
1 1/4 cups confectioners sugar (sy guna 1 cup of sugar, sbb sy takut terlalu manis disbbkan dh ada marshmallow cream yg manis jugakkkk...aiyooooo)
2 cups marshmallow cream such as Marshmallow Fluff (substitute sprt di ceritakan diatas)
1 teaspoon vanilla
Marshmallow Substitute
Ingredients
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
3 eggs whites
2 cups light corn syrup ( digantikan dengan madu. tp sy tak buat 2 cups pon, 1 1/4 cups je. kurangkan manis maa)
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 cups icing/powdered sugar (confectioner's)
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
How to make it
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
1.In a large bowl, combine egg whites, corn syrup and salt; beat with mixer in high speed for 10 minutes or until thick.
2.Add in icing sugar; beat on low speed until blended.
3.Beat in vanilla until blended.
4.Use this in any recipe called for marshmallow creme.
5.*NOTE* This recipe makes a lot of fluff, but may be frozen for later use, just remove from freezer and stir well with a spoon, or it can be refrigerated for up to 1 week, just make sure to stir well with a spoon before using.

Pancake

Salam,
Dh lama teringin nak makan pancake, tp tak terbuat-buat (gara-gara vitamin M byk sgt dlm badan). Tp akhirnya 'ter'buat juga bila bercuti temankan anak-anak di rumah (bbsitter cuti).
I heart Nigella's cooking style. Bila tgk dia masak/buat sesuatu food tu, wow!! cam senang sgt! as easy as ABC. Tp lepas habis show dia, semangat nak masak tu pon lari jugak.. muahahaha.
Ok, resipi ni I ambik dr web Nigella kat sini.
AMERICAN BREAKFAST PANCAKES
INGREDIENTS
225g plain flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
pinch of salt
1 teaspoon sugar
2 large eggs, beaten
30g butter, melted and cooled
300ml milk
butter for frying
Serving Size : 11 blini-pan-sized pancakes
METHOD
1. The easiest way to make these is to put all the ingredients into a blender and blitz. But if you do mix up the batter by hand in a bowl, make a well in the flour, baking powder, salt and sugar, beat in the eggs, melted butter and milk, and transfer to a jug: it’s much easier to pour the batter into the pan than to spoon it. I like to leave the batter for 20 minutes before using it; and you may then want to add more milk to the mixture if you’re frying in the blini pan, so that it runs right to the edges.
2. When you cook the pancakes, all you need to remember is that when the upper side of the pancake is blistering and bubbling it’s time to cook the second side, and this needs only about 1 minute, if that.
3. I get 11 blini-pan-sized pancakes out of this, maybe 16 silver-dollar-sized ones on the griddle.

Salam,
Last Saturday sy buat Nasi Ayam selepas ter'liur' tgk entry blog seseorang yg sy baca pasal Nasi Ayam. Dan lagi, mmg ada ayam yg banyak nye perlu dihabiskan sbb dh beberapa minggu terperap dlm freezer tu. So kena setelkan jugak ayam2 tu.
So, w/pun dlm blog yg sy baca tu tepekkan resepi nasi ayamnye, tp sy blog hopping sana sini utk tgk resipi ayam yg best. RNet pon ada post Nasi Ayam Hainan oleh Kak Baya. Akhirnya, nasi ayam sy menggunakan resipi ikut saya sendiri yg saya 'mix & match' kan sana sikit, sini sikit, tokok tambah itu ini. hehehehe.
Nasi Ayam Mix & Match ahkak Kay.
Sup
Rebus beberapa ketul ayam termasuk utk ayam goreng/bakar
Halia (takde sukatan)
Bawang putih dlm 4-5 ulas
Bawang merah 3 ulas (all the bawangs, sy racik2 je. kalo tumbuk pon kasi kasar2 je)
Rempah Sup Adabi (sbb last minute baru realize segala kulit kayu manis & adik badik dia da abis. Tinggal sikit2 je...huhuhuhu) Rempah dimasukkan last sekali, after dh ambik air rebusan ayam utk nasi & sos.
All the daun maun (daun bawang, daun sup)
Nasi Ayam
Halia (pon ikut suka..takde sukatan)
Bawang putih (3 ulas)
Beras yg dh dibasuh & toskan
Air rebusan ayam + sy masukkan jugak kulit & lemak ayam (yg ni sy ambik 'berkat' dr resipi kak baya. kulit & lemak tu dibuang selepas dh keluar minyak.)
Kulit kayu manis (saki baki yg tinggal )
Tumbuk halia & bawang putih kemudian tumis, masukkan beras kemudian masukkan air rebusan ayam (agak2) pastu masukkan kulit & lemak. Before air mengering, baikla keluarkan kulit & lemak ayam tu. Kalau tak sesia 'ter'makan lak.
Sos Hitam (kicap)
1 ulas bawang putih di tumbuk
kicap manis
sesenduk air rebusan ayam
beberapa titik minyak bijan
Tumis bawang putih, masukkan kicap, then masukkan air rebusan ayam pastu last sekali titikkan sikit minyak bijan.
Sos Merah (cili)
Bakar bawang putih 2 ulas
Bakar bawang besar (sy ambik setengah labu je)
5 biji cili merah
Perahan lemon (ni yg buatkan lg sodap)
garam gula secukup rasa. sy lebih kan gula... nak manis2 masam
Bawang2 yg dibakar tu diblend dgn cili. Lepas tu transfer dlm mangkuk, perah lemon, bubuh garam + gula, ikut la nak rasa apa yg lebih. pastu dh ready. Series.. letak lemon tu, sos rasa cam ala2 sos ayam dendeng lak..hehehe (perahsaan)
Ayam nyeee
2 ulas bawang putih
4 ulas bawang merah
halia (xde sukatan gak..main hantam)
kicap
garam
madu
minyak bijan beberapa titik
tumbuk bawang2 & halia, pastu masukkan kicap, garam, madu & minyak bijan.. lumurkan pada ayams yg dh dikeluarkan dr air rebusan ayam. pastu sy bakar.. horaaaayyyyy!! (rasa dia, sy sukkkkaaaaa).

Brownies Kukus Lapis Cheese

Last Sunday sy cuba buat brownie kukus lapis cheese yg dipopularkan oleh Mak Lang Azie di Rnet.
Resipi brownies sy ambik di fp kak rinnchan. Thanks for sharing the recipe. TAPI, sy derhaka . Sy tak kukus ini brownies, sy bakar & letakkan sedulang air di bahagian bawah sekali.
Thanks to Mak Lang Azie jugak sbb sharing resipi brownies kukus lapis cheese ni (Mak Lang Azie name it as brownies lapis kukus cheese).
Overall, mmg sedap (perasan sendiri ehh?? ) & habis licin.
BROWNIES KUKUS (di copy dr fp kak rinnchan)

BAHAN-BAHAN:
100gm gula castor
150ml susu cair
100ml susu pekat manis
150gm majerin
50gm serbuk koko
150gm tepung gandum
1 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp soda bicarbonate
Secubit garam
2 biji telur gred A
CARA-CARA:
1. Masak di atas api, gula castor, susu pekat, susu cair dan majerin hingga larut.
2. Larutkan koko dengan beberapa sudu adunan susu dan majerin tadi. Tuang kesemua adunan susu dan kacau sebati hingga larut kesemuanya. Masukkan telur dan kacau sebati.
3. Ayak tepung, baking powder, soda bicarbonate dan secubit garam.
4. Kaupbalikkan tepung ke dalam adunan koko.
5. Tuang dalam loyang dan kukus selama 45min - 1 jam. Sejukkan dahulu sebelum dituang ganache.
BROWNIES KUKUS LAPIS CHEESE ( copy from blog Mak Lang Azie)

Bahan-bahan
• *500g campuran brownies kukus
• *4 biji telur gred B
• *75ml minyak masak
• *200ml air
• *5g baking powder
• *5g soda bikarbonat
• **inti cream cheese**
• 250g cream cheese
• 60g gula castor
• 1 biji telur
• 25ml air
Cara-cara
1. campurkan semua bahan bertanda * dalam mixer.pukul dgn kelajuan sederhana lebih kurang 3 minit
2. utk inti - campur semua bahan dan pukul sampai kembang
3. cara melapis - masukkan separuh adunan brownies kukus coklat dalam loyang yg dah di alas dgn kertas minyak.kukus selama 15 minit
5. masukkan pula inti..dan kukus selama 15 minit lg
6. masukkan baki brownies kukus,kukus selama 20 minit..

Carrot Cake

Ni entry yang dh basi ok. Sy dh buat last week lagi. Tp disebabkan anak sulong sy admitted, jd tertangguh lama la nak upload. Sy dpt resipi ni dr sini.
Carrot Cake K-Lin
Ingredients:
2 cups of flour,
1 tsp baking powder,
2 tsp baking soda,
2 tsp cinnamon powder,
1 1/2 cup of sugar,
1/2 tsp salt
4 eggs,
1 1/2 cup of oil,
2 tsp vanilla essence,
1 cup of chopped walnut,
1 cup of raisins,
3 cups of grated carrot
Method:•Sift flour, baking powder, cinnamon and salt. Combine in sugar.
•Mix the dry ingredients with eggs, one by one.
•Pour in the vanilla essence and the oils. And stir.
•Fold in the chopped walnut and raisins, and lastly fold in the carrot.
•Pour into a baking pan and bake for about 30 - 40 minutes.
•Cake is best eaten with a cream cheese topping.

Daging Masak Merah & Ayam Masak Kicap
|

Salam,
Sabtu lepas sy berhajat nak 'clear'kan apa yg ada di dlm 'freezer' peti sejuk sy. Ada beberapa ketul ayam & daging 1/2 kg. Amatla mustahil utk sy habiskan daging 1/2kg tu dlm masa sehari (utk 2-3 org makan). Jadi, sy potong daging tersebut kepada ketulan yg sederhana besar dan rebuskan. Sy cuma ambil 4 ketul daging yg telah direbus & sedikit air rebusan tersebut. Daging & air rebusan yg selebihnya, sy masukkan ke dlm 'freezer' kembali. Jadi, bila2 masa sy nak masak mee goreng atau daging kicap, atau apa2 shj lah, sy takkan ambil masa yg lama utk pastikan daging tersebut masak, ;p (keje org malas ye?).
4 ketul daging & air rebusan yg sy asingkan tu, sy teruskan lg rebusan dgn masukkan sedikit pewarna merah (sy takde warna merah terang, sy masukkan warna pink..hehehe). Kenapa ya?? haaa... Dulu, ada satu kedai makan Thai di Taiping yg buat daging masak merah, tetapi tepi2 dagingnya shj bewarna merah. Bukan daging masak merah mcm versi selalu kita makan, kuahnya yg bewarna merah. Setelah di CSI oleh Bonda sy, akhirnya dpt la sprt daging yg kami selalu makan tu dulu. Jadi, cara2 utk dptkan 'daging merah', dgn meletakkan pewarna makanan semasa merebus daging tersebut.
Maka, hari Sabtu, kami makan Ayam Masak Kicap (versi simple ajee..)& Daging Masak Merah. Sayur??? huhuh, stock sayur ngak ada... (sungguh tidak sihat kan?).
Resipi Daging Masak Merah
Bahan2nya:-
Hirisan daging yg telah direbus
4 ulas Bawang putih
2 ulas Bawang merah
1 biji Cili hijau / cili benggala (kalau ada cili benggala, sy lg suka letak cili benggala. Tp hari tu dh out of stock, sy letak la cili hijau)
1 labu Bawang besar
Sedikit sos cili (dlm satu sudu besar shj)
Sedikit sos tiram (dlm satu sudu teh shj)
Garam & gula secukup rasa
Caranya:-
Daging yg telah direbus (sprt yg sy ceritakan di atas) di potong nipis. Tumbuk bawang putih & bawang merah kemudian tumiskan bahan yg telah ditumbuk. Bila dh naik bau, masukkan daging rebusan yg telah di potong td. Goreng sehingga agak garing, kemudian masukkan sos cili & sos tiram. Kacau sehingga rata & masukkan bawang besar & cili hijau yg telah di potong. Akhir sekali, masukkan garam & gula secukup rasa.
Note:- Daging Masak Merah versi ini mmg tak berkuah, ianya kering.
Ayam Masak Kicap
Lumurkan ayam dgn garam kunyit & goreng.
Bahan2nya:-
Ayam yg telah digoreng
2 ulas bawang putih
1 ulas bawang besar
1 biji cili hijau
1/2 labu bawang besar
Sedikit sos tiram
Perahan air asam jawa
Kicap
Garam/gula secukup rasa
Caranya:-
Tumbuk bawang putih & merah. Tumis hingga wangi kemudian masukkan sedikit sos tiram. Masukkan perahan air asam jawa, diikuti dgn kicap. Kemudian masukkan ayam, akhir sekali masukkan bawang besar & cili hijau yg telah dihiris.
